Athletes often use the gym to enhance their sport or increase cardio vascular activity while others simply wish to increase mobility, get in shape, possibly lose some weight or improve general well being and health.
Whatever your goal our fitness team of professionally trained staff will provide a co-ordinated programme to suit all levels of amibilty. we Also have in house and guest personal trainers who will give you that added advantage of one-to-one coaching.
The gym is located on two floors with a full range of modern equipment ranging from step machines, cross trainers to body building apparatus. Group Exercise is run in the aerobics suite and yoga is also run on Tuesday at 1.30pm in the function room. For more information on the Yoga please click here.
Included in Membership is a full studio timetable (excluding yoga/belly dancing) & fitness programmes in gym. We recommend you change your fitness routine in gym every 6-8 weeks – all programmes are complimentary. We recommend all new members book in with a fitness consultant as soon as they join.
