Group Exercise
Group exercise is another way to get fit in a fun and exciting environment and will compliment your personalised programme. Each class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. All of our group exercise classes are taken by our fully qualified instructors and there is something to suit everyone!
Morning workout club-excellent way to start the day off, classes can vary from swissball & circuits to spin and resistance training.
- Spin - bring the rough terrain of outdoors in! Sprint along flat roads, climb up steep hills and race against each other in a class that promises to keep the heart pumping.
- Swissball - a low impact class based around the swissball, includes resistance exercises and core strengthening
- Bootcamp - a high energy class that varies week to week, incorporates interval and resistance training
- Rowers circuits - circuit based exercise designed towards rowing although everyone can take part & are certainly welcome.
- Circuits - combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises set up in stations.
- 30/30 - a combination class of 30minutes spin & 30minuts circuits, great way to blow away the Sunday cobwebs and set you up for the new week ahead!
- Zumba - It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
- Yoga – stretches and strengthens gently. Reduces stress and increases mobility. Join YTTC trained yoga teacher Ann in the Function Room at 1.30 pm every Tuesday. For more information on the Yoga please click here.

To book a class please either call reception on 028 9066 5012 or drop into the club.
Non-members can attend any classes including for a fee of £5 per session.
