Squash
Squash at the Belfast Boat club is played on 5 squash courts, all with viewing areas. The championship court has a glass backed gallery for spectators. Major tournaments, including world championships have been played on these courts.
The Boat Club comprises two premier teams, one division one team, one division two team, one division three and one veteran team. Belfast Boat Club currently hold the premier title and Ulster club squash championship.
The Paddy McIlroy Cup is a handicapped tournament open to all members and takes place annually.
We have a very strong junior squash club run by Walter Murray. This takes place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Squash is an excellent game for getting and keeping fit. Whether you are interested in playing competitively or just want some recreational squash, there are plenty of players in the club who are willing to introduce you to the game.
