Adult Coaching
Adult coaching classes are run for 3 terms of the year; September - December, January - March & April - June. Coaching weeks are also run during the Easter break and during July & August.
Classes are run both during the day and in the evenings and are available for all levels:
Beginner - If you have never played tennis before or have only played a few times
Improver - If you have been playing for a year or 2 and have had some coaching already
Intermediate - If you have been playing regularly for several years and could play in club level teams
Advanced - If you are a higher level club team player and / or regular tournament player
Classes are open to both members and non-members and all classes are in the Dome courts in the Winter months from September - March.
Cardio Tennis classes are also available where the emphasis is on fitness rather than tennis instruction.
