Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is:

Cario tennis classes are run for 3 terms during the year: September - December, January - March & April - June. During the winter months classes are run in the Dome courts and classes are available both in the mornings and the evenings.
What does a cardio tennis classes include?
The main elements of a cardio class is a warm up, main cardio element and cool down. During the main cardio element a combination of coach fed drill based activities and play based activities are used to keep the players in their cardio zone for 40 - 50 mins.
How does a cardio class differ from a coaching class?
During a cardio class there is very little instruction on how to hit a particular shot or what tactics to use for matches etc. The empaisis is on cardio fitness and a good workout. Sometimes the coach will also provide quick tips on a particular aspect or shot if needed. A lot of the drills and games used during a cardio session are based on common patterns and movements and allow players to practice the full variety of shots.
