Junior Coaching
Junior coaching at the Belfast Boat Club Tennis Academy follows the latest ITF (International Tennis Federation) guidelines and practices. The Tennis 10s programme is run for players aged 10 and under and includes red (8 and under), orange (8 & 9 years old) and green (9 & 10 years old) court tennis.
Players aged 11 - 18 take part in lessons focused on the ITFs Play and Stay model which allows beginner players to start playing tennis straight away and where tennis technique is taught alongside the tactical and physical aspects. Squads are available for all ages and abilites.
All classes are run in the dome during the winter months from September - March.
All juniors at the Academy benefit from getting 2 sessions per week for the cost of 1! For full details please select the age group you are interested in from the options on the right.
