Last weekend saw a padel team from Belfast Boat Club compete in the inaugural fixture with Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club in Dublin. The event was an amazing success with great matches both across Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed events, 4 of the 6 matches decided on a tie-break. However, Boat Club eventually ran out winners 4-2, so congratulations to the team of Mark Nicholas, John Dullaghan, Ger Connery, Declan Magee, Damian Bannon, Katherine Bready, Joanne Corrigan, and Kristina Sinclair.
